Project Quantity Surveyor – Commercial Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAESalary: AED 6,000–9,000 per monthSector: Commercial Office Fit-Out & Design and BuildThe OpportunityWe are working with an established commercial interior design and fit-out company in Dubai looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team.The successful candidate will support the commercial and financial management of workplace fit-out projects, working closely with project managers, procurement teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs).Manage project costs from initial tender through to final account.Review subcontractor quotations, variations and payment applications.Monitor project expenditure and provide regular cost reports.Assist with procurement, supplier negotiations and subcontractor management.Identify potential cost savings and commercial risks.Work closely with project and site teams to ensure financial control throughout delivery.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UAE.Commercial office fit-out experience is essential.Good understanding of interior fit-out materials, construction methods and subcontractor packages.Experience in cost estimation, BOQs, variations and project cost control.Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management preferred.PackageSalary: AED 6,000–9,000 per month, depending on experience.Opportunity to work on commercial workplace fit-out projects across Dubai.Join an established business with a growing project portfolio.
