You will handle files from start to finish, maintaining regular contact with brokers, policyholders and experts.ResponsibilitiesManage complex Property claims from initial notification through to closure.Maintain regular telephone contact with brokers, policyholders, experts and other stakeholders.Draft correspondence, including claim refusals, expert appointments and requests for additional information.Your profileExperience managing Property insurance claims, preferably within Corporate insurance.French proficiency; good knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.Interest in the technical aspects of Property insurance.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Customer-focused approach, with the ability to quickly understand client needs.Analytical mindset and strong organisational and planning skills.Collaborative and open-minded.Proactive, responsive and confident in making decisions.Ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure.
