Property Litigation Paralegal | Top UK Law FirmBirmingham Office | Salary Up To £26,228pa + BenefitsPermanent Opportunity | Hybrid WorkingOur client, a top UK law firm with one of the industry leading Real Estate practice groups in England & Wales, is actively seeking a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in Birmingham - working in their Housing Management & Property Litigation team.This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Partners and Associates on a wide variety of Housing Management & Property Litigation matters.As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:Assisting Solicitors and Fee-Earners in the day to day running of filesPreparing trial bundlesAttending Court to assist Barristers and Fee-EarnersDrafting various legal documents (claim forms, pleadings, witness statements, etc)Assisting with queries raised by clients, Barristers and Fee-EarnersOccasionally undertaking site visitsPlus much more.To be considered for this opportunity, you'll need to have/be the following:Have a completed LLB/GDL (minimum of 2:2 or equivalent)Have experience working as a Paralegal within Real Estate, Property, Conveyancing from a law firm environmentBe able to commute to the Birmingham office on a regular basisIdeally, have experience working with Private Landlords and/or Registered ProvidersFor more information and to review a full job description, get in touch as soon as possible.
