Python GenAI Engineer – GenAI / ML (Banking domain)Experience: 9+ YearsRole Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Python GenAI Engineer to build AI/ML-powered solutions for banking use cases. The candidate should be capable of developing working GenAI applications and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop GenAI and ML applications using Python.Build LLM-powered applications, AI agents, automation workflows and intelligent services.Develop and optimize prompts, AI workflows and model interaction patterns.Integrate AI services with enterprise APIs, databases and backend applications.Evaluate AI outputs, implement testing strategies and improve solution reliability.Develop scalable, secure and production-ready AI solutions in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams.Required Skills7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development.Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM-based applications.Understanding of Machine Learning concepts and AI application development.Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, AI agents and AI workflows.Strong REST API/backend development experience.Excellent hands-on coding and problem-solving skills.Ability to convert AI concepts into working prototypes and production solutions.Banking / Financial Services experience is preferred.Good to Have: Full Stack development, React, Angular, UI technologies and Google ADK.Employment / Location: Full-Time with SCADEA Software Solutions | Chennai / Pune | Hybrid
