Job Title: QC Microbiology Analyst I & IILocation: Memphis, TN 38118Job Type: ContractContract Duration: Approximately 14 Months with a high chance of perm. rolePay Rate: $20-$22/hour W2Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PMSchedule: 40 hours per weekWork Location: OnsiteJob DescriptionWe are seeking qualified QC Microbiology Analysts to support the Quality Control Microbiology Department.

The ideal candidates will perform routine environmental monitoring, microbiological testing, and laboratory activities while following established procedures and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPerform environmental monitoring, including air, surface, and personnel sampling.Support routine microbiological testing, raw material testing, and product-release testing.Maintain laboratory supplies, media, reagents, and inventory.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and Good Documentation Practices.Maintain accurate laboratory records and ensure data integrity.Use laboratory computer systems, including MODA.Assist with laboratory organization, documentation, and daily operations.Additional Responsibilities – QC Analyst IIPerform sterility and endotoxin testing.Conduct microbial media growth promotion testing.Prepare environmental monitoring excursion reports.Assist with minor laboratory investigations.Review laboratory results and documentation for accuracy.QualificationsEducational background in Biology, Microbiology, or a related scientific field preferred.Minimum 3–6 months of relevant laboratory experience.Basic understanding of microbiology and laboratory instrumentation.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Computer proficiency and effective communication skills.Ability to work onsite in Memphis, TN, on the assigned shift.
