Tailor my CV for this job — freeQS Engineer – Site Measurement & As-BuiltAbout the JobNO5 Designs is an Egyptian company specialized in Interior Design, Construction & Finishing, delivering complete solutions for residential and commercial spaces from design through execution.We are looking for a detail-oriented QS Engineer, preferably an Architecture Graduate, with strong technical skills in Site Measurements, As-Built Drawings, and AutoCAD to support our construction and finishing projects.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate site measurements and verify actual executed works.Prepare, update, and maintain As-Built Drawings based on actual site conditions.Develop accurate technical drawings using AutoCAD.Perform regular site visits across different construction and finishing projects.Record site dimensions, modifications, and execution details.Coordinate with Site Engineers and Technical Office teams to ensure drawing accuracy.Review and verify measurements against technical drawings and project specifications.Maintain organized and accurate site measurement records and technical documentation.Identify and report discrepancies between approved drawings and actual site conditions.🔹 RequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture is preferred; Civil Engineering graduates are also welcome.1–3 years of relevant experience in Site Measurements, As-Built Drawings, or related technical work.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.Good understanding of architectural drawings, construction, and finishing works.Ability to conduct accurate on-site measurements and translate them into technical drawings.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.Good communication and coordination skills.Willingness to travel regularly between different project sites.Previous site-based experience is preferred.📍 Job Details
