Quality Advisor Assistant Manager Grade (Tyre Industry)-SapugaskandaHere’s an exciting opportunity to join a leading global supplier of tires.YOUR ROLE & IMPACTManagement Systems: Support Quality Manager in sustaining QMS, EMS, and OH&SMS compliance.Documentation Control: Oversee quality records, technical procedures, and plant audit logs.Audit Leadership: Lead internal audits, identify nonconformities, and execute corrective action plans.Metrology & Calibration: Coordinate gauge calibration, verification, and measurement records.MSA & Equipment: Drive Measurement System Analysis, device accuracy, and tool selection.Process Excellence: Collaborate with Production to optimize quality controls across pneumatic tire lines.YOUR QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Degree, Diploma, or HND/NDT in Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing.Experience: Alternatively, 5+ years of Quality Management experience in industrial manufacturing.Technical Skillset: Exposure to Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation fields.Standards Expertise: Practical knowledge of QMS, EMS, and ISO management systems.Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis, MS Office proficiency, and systematic problem-solving.Professional Edge: Fluent English communication with strong cross-functional leadership skills.Salary-250,000/-300,000/- (Negotiable)
