Quality Engineer

🔹 Job Responsibilities:Monitor and ensure the implementation of all Quality Control (QC) activities.Create, manage, and follow up on non-conformance reports related to incoming materials.Manage the material blockage process for non-conforming materials and conduct root cause analysis using quality tools such as Fishbone Diagrams.Inspect returned materials and investigate defects to identify their root causes.Handle and investigate customer complaints using appropriate quality tools and methodologies.Train and guide newly hired laboratory technicians.Coordinate and follow up on new product trials in collaboration with the R&D team.Analyze quality data using statistical tools such as Control Charts.Prepare quality reports, presentations, and analysis using Microsoft Excel and SAP.Ensure proper calibration and preventive maintenance of all laboratory equipment and testing instruments.Monitor laboratory technicians' performance, conduct evaluations, and prepare shift schedules.Implement new quality methods, procedures, and work instructions.Prepare and follow up on daily activity reports.🔹 Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in science.1–3 years of experience in a Quality-related position.Very good command of English (written and spoken).Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.Awareness of Total Quality Management.Good knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.Nonwoven experience
