Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleDVAM Real Estate is looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.Understand clients’ property requirements, budgets, and investment objectives.Present suitable residential and commercial properties based on client requirements.Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate property information.Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the sales or leasing process.Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, property prices, new launches, and market trends.Promote and market available properties through approved company channels.Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM.Achieve assigned sales, call, lead-generation, and revenue targets.Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.Ensure all required documents and procedures are completed accurately and on time.Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.RequirementsPrevious experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good negotiation and presentation abilities.Target-oriented and self-motivated.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Good knowledge of English; additional languages are an advantage.Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and communities is an added advantage.Candidates with strong sales experience from other industries may also be considered.What We OffersCompetitive salary and attractive commission structure.Performance-based incentives.Professional training and development.Supportive and growth-oriented working environment.Opportunities to work with leading Dubai developers and premium properties.Career growth opportunities within DVAM Real Estate.Work Location: In personSend Your CVMail: hr@dvamproperties.comWhatsApp: +971506262534
