The firm values professionalism, market expertise, and client-centric service.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Dubai for a fluent French speaker. The Real Estate Agent will advise clients on the acquisition and sale of luxury real estate assets, conduct property viewings, and manage negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, presenting investment opportunities, preparing marketing materials for listings, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The agent will coordinate with internal teams, external brokers, and service providers to support transactions from initial inquiry through closing. The role also involves providing high-quality customer service in French and English, staying current on Dubai real estate market trends, and representing Alliance Capital Properties in a professional manner at client meetings and industry events.Qualifications Fresh candidate Candidates should possess solid Real Estate market understanding and experience working with luxury properties or investment-grade assets.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client conversion, and negotiation in a high-value transaction environment.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.Fluency in French and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a client-facing investment or property advisory role, preferably in Dubai or similar markets.Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and standard office software.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
