Real Estate Team Leader

We’re looking for a Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of property consultants!

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and lead conversion.Guide agents in generating leads, conducting client meetings, and closing property deals.Provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and RERA guidelines.Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in the Dubai real estate market is mandatory.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing property deals.Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.Good knowledge of the Dubai property market, including off-plan and secondary properties.Ability to motivate a team, manage performance, and drive results.Valid UAE driving licence and RERA certification are an advantage.📩 Interested candidates can send their CV to: hrdepartment@chaletipi.com
