Role SummaryDevelop interactive 3D property experiences using Unreal Engine or web-based 3D frameworks, incorporating virtual navigation, camera controls, interactive hotspots, material switching, and browser performance optimization.Duration: 1 month (Start ASAP)Location: Dubai, UAEAbout The ProjectA real estate project focused on interactive and immersive experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesBring the 3D property into Unreal Engine or a web 3D frameworkBuild room-to-room navigation and camera controlsAdd the floor plan, hotspots and info pointsAdd finish / material switchingMake it run fast in a web browserHand over a working build with source code and notesExperience RequirementMust Have4+ years of interactive 3D development experience, preferably within proptech or digital agencies, studios with interactive projects, or similar environments.Experience with Unreal Engine, Three.js, React Three Fiber or PlayCanvas.Proven experience building walkthroughs, camera systems and user interactions.Strong skills in performance optimization and troubleshooting technical issues.Nice to HaveExperience with virtual showrooms, property configurators or digital twins.Web 3D (WebGL) or Unreal Pixel Streaming experience.Interested candidates are invited to apply with their updated CV and live demo link.Location / Work ModeDubai - Onsite/Remote
