We help hotels across the United States meet their staffing needs by connecting them with qualified, dependable candidates.We are looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable Remote Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, identifying talent, and helping candidates connect with employment opportunities.ResponsibilitiesContact applicants by phone, email, and other communication channels.Review applications and assess candidates' qualifications.Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates for available positions.Coordinate candidate submissions and placements with hotel clients.Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up throughout the recruiting process.Manage multiple open positions while meeting recruiting deadlines.Follow established recruiting procedures and communicate regularly with the team.Provide candidates with a professional, positive experience throughout the hiring process.QualificationsStrong English communication skills, both written and spoken (90% proficiency or higher).Previous customer service experience is required; recruiting experience is a plus.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable making frequent phone calls and conducting interviews.Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.Dependable, proactive, self-motivated, and professional.Comfortable remaining connected through Zoom during working hours.Access to a computer or laptop with a camera and a stable internet connection.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.Position DetailsWork arrangement: 100% remote.Employment type: Full-time.Schedule: Five days per week, eight-hour shifts.Pay: $100 USD per week, paid in U.S. dollars.Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Language: English required.Why Join Rockstar Staffing?At Rockstar Staffing, we value professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to helping people succeed.
