Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, from requirement intake to onboarding handover.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and deliver effective recruitment strategies.Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, agencies, and talent mapping.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support rapid business growth.Coordinate complex interview processes, including multi-country and multi-time-zone scheduling.Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.Conduct screening interviews and provide hiring managers with professional hiring recommendations.Manage recruitment data, reports, and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.Support employer branding activities, recruitment events, and job fairs.Collaborate with HR colleagues on onboarding and recruitment-related projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.Proven track record of delivering full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Well-organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple roles simultaneously.Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.Fluent in English and Arabic; Mandarin is a strong plus.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative industry.Competitive salary and benefits.
