Our services also include Gold Loan Settlement, Monthly Gold Investment Plans (MGIP), and Free Gold Valuation.As part of our business growth and expansion in Punjab and the Chandigarh Tricity region, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Regional Head to lead our regional business operations, strengthen branch performance, develop high-performing teams, and drive sustainable business growth.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Business Development & GrowthTake overall responsibility for business performance, revenue generation, and profitability across all assigned branches.Drive Gold Buying, Silver Buying, Gold Loan Settlement, and MGIP business.Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase business volume and market share.Develop and execute business improvement plans for underperforming branches.Build a strong sales pipeline through customer acquisition, referrals, and local business development activities.2. Multi-Branch Management & Team LeadershipLead, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers, Branch Managers, and branch sales teams.Ensure accountability, productivity, and consistent target achievement across the region.Conduct regular branch visits, performance reviews, and team development sessions.Build high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured performance monitoring.Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and employee development with the HR department.Establish a strong performance-driven culture across all branches.3. Sales, Lead Conversion & Customer AcquisitionEnsure effective handling and conversion of leads generated through Google, Meta, website, referrals, and branch campaigns.Improve customer walk-ins, sales conversions, and repeat business.Drive existing customer reactivation, referral generation, customer appointments, and local marketing initiatives.Personally support high-value customer acquisition and major business closures.Coordinate with the Lead Management department to improve lead conversion and customer appointment fulfilment.Develop strategies to improve customer retention and strengthen long-term customer relationships.4. Branch Expansion & Market DevelopmentIdentify high-potential markets for new branch expansion across Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Punjab, and surrounding areas.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and branch feasibility assessments.Support new branch openings, manpower planning, and business development activities.Build local business networks and partnerships to strengthen regional market penetration.Ensure new branches achieve their business targets within the planned timelines.5. Business Monitoring & Operational ComplianceMonitor daily MIS, sales pipelines, branch productivity, and target achievement.Ensure adherence to company policies, gold valuation procedures, KYC requirements, and operational controls.Coordinate with Operations, HR, Marketing, Accounts, and Lead Management departments.Monitor branch operating expenses, cost efficiency, and profitability.Ensure timely reporting, escalation, and resolution of operational and business-related issues.Maintain high standards of customer service, transparency, and professional conduct.Candidate RequirementsEssential QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Management is an advantage.Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in the Gold Loan industry.Proven experience handling multiple Gold Loan branches and leading branch sales teams is mandatory.Prior experience as Regional Manager, Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Zonal Manager, or in a comparable multi-branch leadership role.Demonstrated success in achieving business targets, developing business volumes, improving branch performance, and managing profitability.Strong understanding of the Punjab, Chandigarh, Mohali, and Tricity markets.Willingness to travel extensively across assigned branches and business locations.Preferred SkillsStrong leadership, team handling, and people management capabilities.Excellent business development, sales planning, and customer acquisition skills.Ability to turn around underperforming branches and deliver measurable business results.Strong analytical, MIS reporting, and performance monitoring skills.Knowledge of gold valuation, gold-backed financial products, and branch operations.Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, or other locally relevant languages will be an advantage for customer and team communication.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)The Regional Head will be evaluated on:Regional Gold and Silver Buying business volume.Revenue generation and branch profitability.Daily, weekly, and monthly business target achievement.Branch-wise productivity and sales growth.Customer walk-ins and lead conversion performance.New customer acquisition and existing customer retention.Gold Loan Settlement and MGIP business development.Team productivity, retention, and leadership effectiveness.Successful branch expansion and new branch performance.Operational compliance and cost management.What We OfferSenior leadership opportunity in a growing gold and silver buying business.Responsibility for managing and expanding the Punjab and Chandigarh Tricity region.Opportunity to build and lead high-performing teams.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and role requirements.Performance-based incentives as per company policy.How to ApplyInterested candidates with relevant Gold Loan industry experience and proven multi-branch leadership capabilities are invited to apply through LinkedIn.Join HNS Gold and lead our next phase of business growth in Punjab and the Chandigarh Tricity region.
