Regional Field Sales Manager – Timisoara/Iasi

For our client, one of the world's leading companies in the food and beverage industry, operating in over 170 countries, we are looking for Regional Field Sales Managers in Iasi and Timisoara.Main Responsabilities:Developing and implementing the Field Sales business plan for the assigned territory;Managing Field Sales Team and agency KPIs, ensuring achievement of sales and distribution targets;Defining and optimizing store coverage, implementing the Perfect Store concept and rotating coverage model;Coordinating promotional activities and ensuring timely execution at store level;Ensuring effective use of Field Sales tools and accurate audit data management;Monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback and managing underperformance;Managing Field Sales budget allocation and tracking;Training, coaching and developing team members through regular field visits;Conducting joint store visits to evaluate execution and improve team performance;Maintaining effective collaboration with Trade Marketing, KAM, Distribution Partners and other internal departments.The Ideal Candidate:Minimum 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, including people management experience;Excellent knowledge of sales and distribution markets, competitor activity and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector;Experience in management reporting and budget control;Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Field Sales tools; English - advanced;Driving license;Availability to travel regularly across the allocated counties and perform field activities, accounting for approximately 70–80% of working time; Excellent abilities in leadership, communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving and presentation.Please apply online with a detailed CV or send in your application to roxana.bogdanescu@lugera.ro.
