We are looking for top talent to help build the future of road travel. The RoleAs Regional Operations Director, you lead local operations across a group of countries. Each depot has Operations Supervisors on the floor; clusters of depots are led by Operations Managers; the Operations Managers report to you. Your effectiveness depends on your Operations Managers being good, not on you being everywhere. You can diagnose across a portfolio and across borders, telling apart a problem with one depot, one manager, one country, or the way we operate. You have worked inside more than one employment-law regime and know where local practice genuinely constrains a standard and where it is being used as an excuse. You make sound people decisions at Supervisor and Manager level in reasonable time, and build a pipeline rather than filling vacancies. You handle capital decisions with finance, and can flex a cost base seasonally across several labour markets without letting service or safety slip. You get results through functions that do not report to you.
