Relationship Specialist /Assistant Manager, Local Customers

Job DescriptionWorking with Relationship Managers to assist handling all routine servicing needs of corporate customersFocusing on relationship building and networking with existing and prospective clients by understanding their existing & future funding / financial needs and providing insights of the Bank’s products & services, working to provide accurate information of the Bank’s products & services to clients and drive the Bank’s initiatives; and consistently improving the level of service to clientsSupporting the Relationship Managers in conducting risk analysis on prospective and existing Corporate Clients and in daily workPreparing credit proposals, loan documentation and regular credit reviewsCoordinating loan implementation and execution, including profitability calculation and interactions with Legal, Compliance, Credit and the various stakeholdersBefore utilization of the established credit limits, ensuring that all the legal documentation, the necessary contracts properly signed have been received by the Bank and all the collaterals approved in the Credit Limit Approval Form of the client are in placeHaving knowledge and understanding of financial markets and economic environmentBeing responsible for monitoring and evaluating current events, valuation and other financial information on the clientsWorking with Relationship Managers in providing the relevant documents for account opening purposes and for KYCMaintaining high quality communication and collaboration with his/her colleagues within the Department and other units of the Bank, as well as Bank of China Head Office and its subsidiaries in various countriesEnsuring that all transactions comply with applicable regulatory framework/guidelines and the Bank’s policies and proceduresStrictly complying with the Bank’s code of conduct, business and ethical rulesPerforming any additional duties requested by the Department Heads/Relationship Managers and/or the Senior Management of the BankDesired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree from a reputable university, Master degree is a plusA demonstrated background in a similar position within corporate banking area for 2-5 yearsStrong knowledge of Corporate Banking, credits, financial analysis and other financial productsHaving outstanding financial analysis and report writing skillsEffective coordination and communication skills to interact with professionals of different cultural backgroundsAbility to work independently and must be able to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written English and Turkish skillsExcellent knowledge on MS Office applicationsHaving Capital Market Activities LicenseNo military service obligation for male candidates
