Replenishment Analyst (Planning)

Role Description:1. Replenishment Management:Review and execute weekly allocation plans and store-to-store transfers.Coordinate with the Merchandise team to allocate new shipments and launches according to buying and campaign plans.Collaborate with Merchandise, Store, and Online teams to process ad hoc stock requests.Develop and refine replenishment processes and tools to align with business needs.Monitor and ensure stock availability in stores proactively.Oversee allocation and transfer fulfillment, ensuring timely and complete deliveries (On Time - In Full).=2. Reporting:Prepare and analyze daily reports on stock on hand and broken-size tracking.3. Additional Duties:Work with Merchandise and Operations teams to review and manage store capacity.Perform other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Business AdministrationAt least 2 years of experience in replenishment or inventory management, preferably within a retail environment.Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Excel.Strong ability to analyze stock data and generate actionable insights.Effective at managing stock allocation and store transfers.Good communication skills for coordinating with various teams.Ability to address and resolve inventory and replenishment issues.Proficiency in English
