By joining us, you will have the opportunity to achieve your professional goals in a collaborative and supportive environment.Job DescriptionWe need strong analytical skills, autonomy, and proactivity, with advanced skills in using data analysis and visualization tools (MS Excel / Power BI / SQL languages for data extraction in Databricks).The team will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sales data to support strategic business decisions and will need to present their analyses clearly and effectively during meetings in English. There is strong interaction between the 2 roles, as they will work in synergy.

Main Responsibilities

Periodic Analysis and interpretation of sales data (vehicles and subscription) to support strategic decisionsPreparation of reports and dashboards for performance monitoringParticipation in remote meetings with internal teams to present business analysesPeriodic Data extractions from company databases (e.g., Databricks) also using SQL queries or alternatives

Required Skills

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detailProactivity and autonomy in proposing data-driven solutionsExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelKnowledge of Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboardsKnowledge of SQL for data extraction and data manipulation is appreciatedFluent English (Italian is appreciated but not essential)Ability to communicate effectively and conduct meetings in English to present analysesExtra : Autonomy and proactivity in proposing initiatives and solutionsExcellent communication skills and interaction needed with Team of StellantisStrong focus on results, data quality and continuous improvementExperience in digital world (e-Commerce and digital touchpoints) and automotive industry is appreciated
