Reporting directly to the Reservations Manager, you will ensure that all inquiries are handled with professionalism and care, providing guests with accurate information about rates, availability, and hotel services. You will play a crucial part in shaping the guest journey by assisting them in making reservations that meet their preferences and needs, ensuring a seamless start to their stay. In this pivotal role, you will implement all duties in accordance with Conrad brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence in service delivery.ResponsibilitiesManage incoming reservations via phone, email, and various booking platforms with precision and professionalismProvide accurate information on room types, rates, and hotel amenities to assist guests in making informed decisionsProcess reservations, modifications, and cancellations quickly and accurately in our property management systemUpsell hotel services and packages to enhance guests' experiences and increase revenueRespond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude to ensure maximum satisfactionMaintain an up-to-date understanding of hotel occupancy, rates, promotions, and eventsCollaborate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth guest check-in and manage special requestsHandle customer billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy in transactionsPrepare and maintain reports related to daily reservations, cancellations, and revenueContribute to a positive teamwork environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and managementRequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations role or similar position within the hotel industryStrong knowledge of hotel reservation systems; familiarity with Opera PMS is a plusExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanorDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExceptional communication skills in Greek and English, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as requiredProficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skillsBenefitsAt Conrad Athens The Ilisian, you'll be part of a world-renowned luxury brand, where creativity, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence are celebrated.
