Location: Ahmedabad, GujaratExperience: 1–3 YearsSalary: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based IncentivesJob DescriptionPraveg Limited is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage bookings, handle guest inquiries, and ensure a smooth reservation experience across our hospitality properties.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle room reservations, booking inquiries, cancellations, and modifications.Manage customer calls, emails, and online booking requests.Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure booking accuracy and room availability.Maintain reservation records and update booking details in the system.Follow up with guests regarding confirmations, payments, and special requests.Handle customer queries professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.Achieve booking targets and contribute to revenue generation.Required SkillsExcellent communication and customer-handling skills.Good knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality, or travel booking will be preferred.Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Compensation & BenefitsAttractive fixed salary based on experience and skills.Additional performance-based incentives over and above the fixed salary.Opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry.Apply NowInterested candidates can share their resumes at recruitment1@praveg.com or contact 6354900513.
