About the RoleCoffee Culture Unseen Goa is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of our café-style hospitality space. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a hospitality-focused mindset, and the ability to foster a positive team culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage all day-to-day café and restaurant operations.Lead, motivate, and develop team members to maintain high performance and a positive workplace culture.Manage guest reservations, seating plans, and customer service standards.Prepare and maintain operational reports, sales reports, staff performance reports, and inventory records.Ensure smooth service flow and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, attendance, and team productivity.Handle customer feedback and resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.Drive operational excellence while maintaining the unique culture and brand values of Coffee Culture Unseen Goa.RequirementsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant, café, or hospitality management.Strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for guest service.Proven experience in creating reports, analyzing operational data, and making business-driven decisions.Experience managing reservations and guest relations.Demonstrated ability to lead teams and cultivate a positive, collaborative work environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic reporting tools is preferred.What We're Looking ForA hands-on leader who leads by example.Someone who thrives in a community-focused café culture.A team builder who can inspire, coach, and motivate others.A hospitality professional committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.
