This includes managing front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supervising staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring consistent service standards. The role involves monitoring food and beverage quality, maintaining hygiene and safety practices, and addressing customer feedback to improve satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will also participate in hiring and training team members, managing inventory and vendor relationships, and supporting budgeting and cost control. Collaboration with leadership to implement promotional activities and maintain brand standards is a key part of the role.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-quality guest experiences.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear, professional interaction with guests, team members, and management.Candidates should possess Hiring and team supervision skills, including experience in recruiting, onboarding, and coaching staff.Candidates should possess Food & Beverage knowledge, including basic understanding of menu design, food safety, and quality control.Relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Ability to manage operations, handle pressure, and solve problems quickly and fairly.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accountability for results.Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
