Every piece is designed in house and made at the bench, blending traditional craft with a modern sensibility. We are a small team with a growing retail presence, a loyal customer base and an expanding corporate and gifting business.The roleThis is the central role on our retail and operations side, and the person in it is the link between our customers, our workshop and our retail partners. You will spend your day on the showroom floor with customers, and the rest of it running the operational detail that keeps the brand moving: orders, stock, suppliers and the systems behind them.It is a broad role with real ownership. You report directly to management, and you will be trusted to run your side of the business with minimal supervision.What you will doCustomers and the showroom Serve customers on the floor, understand what they are looking for and guide them through the collections. Handle customer enquiries over the phone and online, and take care of customer orders from first conversation through to delivery.Orders and production Raise job sheets for new work, process orders through our internal invoicing system and coordinate closely with the production team so that pieces are completed and delivered on time. Follow up on new designs as they move through the workshop and keep our style records accurate and current.Stock and retail partners Take overall responsibility for stock levels across the business. Plan and send consignments to our retail partners, manage transfers, carry out stock reconciliations and review sales performance across partners and the website.Suppliers and administration Liaise with our packaging and other external suppliers to make sure deliverables arrive on time and to standard. Track what is due for payment, prepare the supporting detail and coordinate with the relevant parties so that nothing is missed. The management team handles execution.Brand support Work alongside our external social media and content partners, assist on product shoots and help keep our online presence accurate and up to date.Who we are looking forExperience in a customer facing sales role, ideally in fashion, jewellery, lifestyle or another design led retail environmentA real interest in design, craft and the fashion spaceFluent in English, written and spokenConfident and warm with customers, and comfortable building long term relationships with themHighly organised, with the ability to hold several moving parts at once without losing the detailComfortable working with internal invoicing and production systems, and quick to learn new onesSelf directed.
