• ️ Associate Candidate Requirements✅ Master’s/Postgraduate degree, preferably in Finance, from a reputed institute✅ 3–5 years of experience in secondary research and analysis within a professional services firm✅ Exposure to client interactions and stakeholder coordination will be an added advantage✅ Strong analytical, interpersonal, and English communication skills (written and verbal)✅ Basic understanding of company structures, ownership structures, auditor independence, and risk management conceptsKey Skills🔸 Risk Management Services (RMS)🔸 Compliance🔸 Secondary Research Analysis🔸 Risk & Regulatory Compliance🔸 Client / Stakeholder Coordination🔸 Reconciliation QualificationsStrong analytical skills and risk analysis capabilities to identify, quantify, and prioritize key risks.Knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks and experience applying ERM principles in organizational settings.Solid understanding of finance, including financial statements and key performance indicators relevant to risk assessment.Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk information clearly to diverse stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are an advantage.Experience in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or a related function within corporate or financial services environments.Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and risk reporting software; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a structured environment.
