Road Safety Specialist (Team Leader)

Position Type: PermanentWork Location: Abu Dhabi, UAERequirements: 10+ years of experience in road safety focusing on Road Safety Audits (RSA)Preferably approved Road Safety Audit (RSA) Team Leader with ITC Recognizedroad safety training/certificationExperience for all stages of RSAs and different schemes experience in Crash Site InvestigationsMin Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant fieldMust have GCC or Europe RSA work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

Conducting Road Safety Audits (all stages) for all types of highways/expressway projects.Conduct crash site investigations, identifying issues, and recommendationsConduct crash data collection and analysisParticipate in client and contractor/other meetings.Prepare reports, presentations, and calculations sheetsOffer insights and recommendations based on a deep analysis of traffic/safety patterns, high-risk locations, and the effectiveness of targeted interventionsProvide insights and recommendations based on the latest developments and best practices in road safetyEvaluate the safety of vulnerable road users and propose comprehensive recommendations to enhance their protection on the roadAny other relevant tasks/activities/responsibilities as assigned by the line manager
