This full-time role includes designing and conducting classroom and practical sessions, creating training materials, demonstrations, and exercises that align with industry standards and safety practices. The Robotics Trainer will support learners in operating robots, performing basic setup and programming, and applying troubleshooting techniques to resolve common issues. Daily tasks also involve monitoring trainee progress, providing feedback, maintaining training equipment in good working condition, and collaborating with the technical team to keep course content aligned with current technologies and best practices.QualificationsCandidates should possess skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including basic programming, setup, and safe handling.Candidates should possess skills in Robotic Projects Building , including process understanding, parameter optimization, and practical application.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills for robotic equipment and related systems.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.Experience in automation, artificial inteligence based projects building , or related technical projects is beneficial.Ability to develop training content, conduct structured sessions, and assess learner performance effectively.Diploma or degree in engineering, robotics, mechatronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.Commitment to safety practices, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to working with trainees and colleagues.
