SABER Certification Specialist | مسؤول شهادات سابرAbout the Company | عن الشركةMasarat Al Mina Co. is a Saudi company specializing in customs clearance and logistics services, supporting clients with their import and customs clearance requirements.شركة مسارات الميناء هي شركة سعودية متخصصة في خدمات التخليص الجمركي والخدمات اللوجستية، وتقدم الدعم لعملائها في إجراءات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي.Job Summary | ملخص الوظيفةWe are looking for a SABER Certification Specialist to manage and follow up on product and shipment conformity certificates for our customs clearance clients.تعلن الشركة عن حاجتها إلى مسؤول شهادات سابر، يتولى إصدار ومتابعة شهادات مطابقة المنتجات والإرساليات لعملاء التخليص الجمركي بالشركة.Key Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤولياتIssue and follow up on Product Certificate of Conformity (PCoC) and Shipment Certificate of Conformity (SCoC) through the SABER platform.إصدار ومتابعة شهادات مطابقة المنتجات وشهادات مطابقة الإرساليات عبر منصة سابر.Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers to obtain the required documents.التنسيق مع العملاء والموردين والمصانع لاستكمال المستندات المطلوبة.Coordinate with approved Conformity Assessment Bodies when necessary.التنسيق مع جهات تقويم المطابقة المعتمدة عند الحاجة.Monitor applications and ensure timely completion of certification procedures.متابعة الطلبات والتأكد من إنجاز إجراءات إصدار الشهادات في الوقت المحدد.Assist clients in resolving SABER-related issues and requirements.مساعدة العملاء في حل المشكلات المتعلقة بمنصة سابر ومتطلبات المطابقة.Requirements | المتطلباتPractical experience with the SABER platform and conformity certification procedures in Saudi Arabia.خبرة عملية في منصة سابر وإجراءات إصدار شهادات المطابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية.Good understanding of import and customs clearance procedures.معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الاستيراد والتخليص الجمركي.Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.مهارات جيدة في التواصل والتنظيم والمتابعة.Ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently.القدرة على إدارة ومتابعة طلبات متعددة للعملاء بكفاءة.How to Apply | طريقة التقديمInterested candidates are invited to submit their CV through LinkedIn, highlighting their experience with the SABER platform.على الراغبين في التقديم إرسال السيرة الذاتية عبر LinkedIn، مع توضيح الخبرة السابقة في منصة سابر وإجراءات إصدار شهادات المطابقة.
