Sales & E-commerce Specialist

Company Description Printex Eg is a home-textile manufacturer producing towels, bathrobes and other textile products in-house. We’re looking for an organised, results-driven specialist to manage our online sales channels and follow up with business and retail customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Amazon Egypt, Noon and our Shopify website, including product listings, pricing, promotions and stock availability.
• Monitor orders and coordinate fulfilment with production and packing teams.
• Follow up on deliveries, returns and customer enquiries.
• Manage marketplace advertising and track spending, sales and profitability.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with prospects and existing clients, and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Develop repeat business and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and coordinate payment follow-up with accounting.
• Prepare weekly reports covering sales, advertising performance, pending quotations and customer follow-ups.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant sales or e-commerce experience.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon or Noon seller accounts; experience with both is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of Shopify.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer follow-up skills.
• Good Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Strong organisation and ability to take ownership of daily tasks.
• Availability to work on-site in Sadat City.
