Sales and Logistics Interns

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and processing invoicing documentationEntering, verifying, and updating data in information systemsSupporting order preparation and packing processesMonitoring order fulfillment and delivery statusPreparing reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentationCommunicating with internal departments regarding orders and logistics activitiesAssisting with other operational and administrative tasks as required

Requirements

Student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related fieldProficiency in the English languageProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAccuracy, organization, and a responsible approach to workProactive mindset and willingness to learn new processes and skillsAbility to work effectively with different departments and team membersPositive attitude and team-oriented approach
