What sets us apart is our people-first culture, collaborative environment, and dedication to excellence—making us not just a great place to work, but a leader in the EV revolution.Tasks & Responsibilities:As a Sales Consultant, your day-to-day will include:Greet and engage prospective customers in a friendly and professional mannerUnderstand and effectively communicate the benefits, features, and technology of various electric vehicle modelsConduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate EV optionsStay current on EV trends, incentives, charging infrastructure, and industry developmentsSchedule and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and providing vehicle insightsAssist customers with financing, leasing, and insurance optionsFollow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat businessMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsInput customer information and interactions accurately into the CRM systemParticipate in dealership events, training sessions, and product launchesYour role does not restrict to the above responsibilities, time to time your direct manager will assign task other than the above duties.Qualifications & Experience:Proven automotive sales experience (EV preferred).Minimum 1-2 years of automotive sales experience is required.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Applicants must have full working rights in Australia (no restrictions).Full driver licence.
