Sales, Content & Supplier Coordination Assistant

Silver Yachts Group (Yacht IQ, Maison Azure, La Belle Maison) is looking for someone who can sell, create and keep suppliers and orders moving. You will run the daily sales follow-up, produce our social content, and coordinate the supplier and logistics threads that turn quotes into delivered orders. Experience in luxury, marine, interior or high-ticket B2B sales is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

run the daily sales follow-up in Attio (next-step dates, quotes and proposals, every interaction logged); create Instagram and LinkedIn content (post designs, captions, stories, short video) on a schedule and write blog articles from the editorial calendar; turn social engagement into leads; chase and coordinate suppliers, freight forwarders and clients on live orders (quotes, POs, samples, deliveries, invoices and payments); track weekly sales and social numbers, labelling each as auto-pulled or manual; handle the weekly expense report and petty cash.

Qualifications

a real sales track record in B2B, luxury, marine, interior or high-ticket products, with evidence of closing deals; hands-on social media content creation with a good eye for visuals and captions that sell; comfort with Canva and phone-based video editing; experience coordinating suppliers, logistics or orders; disciplined CRM use (Attio is a plus); strong written English (German or Arabic an advantage); comfort using AI tools for drafting and research.Nice to have: an existing network in yachts, marine or interiors; photography or videography skills; customs or freight experience.
