We’re Hiring: Sales Engineer – HVAC📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates🏢 Company: AyatcoAbout the RoleAyatco is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – HVAC to drive sales and business development for specialized HVAC solutions across the UAE, with a focus on CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioning) units and commercial/industrial dehumidification systems.The ideal candidate will combine strong technical HVAC knowledge with proven UAE market sales experience and established relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, and facility management teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of CRAC units, commercial and industrial dehumidifiers, and related HVAC solutions across the UAE.Identify new business opportunities through client visits, networking, market research, and proactive lead generation.Develop relationships with MEP consultants, contractors, developers, facility management teams, and end-users.Secure product specifications, approvals, and inclusion in project vendor lists.Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements to recommend suitable cooling, hydronic balancing, and humidity-control solutions.Prepare technical and commercial proposals, product selections, schedules, and quotations.Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.Coordinate with application engineering, technical support, and operations teams to support successful project delivery.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming tenders to identify growth opportunities.Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth and profitability.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.Proven sales experience in the UAE HVAC market, specifically selling CRAC/precision cooling or dehumidification systems.An established network of MEP consultants, contractors, and clients across the UAE.Sound technical understanding of HVAC psychrometrics, hydronic balancing, and critical infrastructure cooling.Valid UAE driving licence and UAE market experience are mandatory.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.Ready to Take the Next Step?If you have the technical expertise, UAE market connections, and drive to grow specialized HVAC sales, we’d like to hear from you.📩 Apply now through LinkedIn or send us your CV.
