Sales ExecutiveSoaltee City Apartments | Ravi Bhawan, KathmanduWorkplace: On-siteEmployment type: Full-timeAbout the roleSoaltee City Apartments is looking for a confident, organised and motivated Sales Executive to guide prospective buyers through their home-buying journey. You will respond to enquiries, understand clients’ requirements, present suitable apartments or bungalows, arrange site visits and follow up through the booking process.Key responsibilitiesContact prospective buyers who enquire through social media, online campaigns, calls, referrals, events and walk-ins.Understand clients’ preferred unit type, budget, family needs, purchase timeline and financing requirements.Explain apartment layouts, sizes, amenities, location, pricing and approved payment options accurately.Schedule, confirm and conduct site visits, preparing for each visit based on the client’s needs.Follow up after calls and visits, answer questions, record feedback and agree on next steps.Support negotiations within approved pricing and offer guidelines, and coordinate booking documents and payment follow-up.Maintain accurate and confidential lead records in the company tracker or CRM.Share activity updates and client feedback, and work with management and other teams toward agreed sales targets.Qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related field.At least 2 years of work experience in sales or a relevant customer-facing field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to communicate effectively in Nepali and English.Good organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel. CRM experience is an advantage.A proactive, professional and target-oriented approach.Salary and incentivesSalary will be based on experience.
