Sales Executive-Graduate Program

Job Role:The Automotive Sales Graduate Program is a 3-month development opportunity designed for graduates who are interested in Automotive Sales, Customer Experience, and Retail Operations.The Graduate will gain practical experience in the vehicle sales process by learning how to understand customer needs, present and demonstrate vehicles, explain vehicle features and benefits, handle customer inquiries, and support the sales process under the guidance of experienced Sales team members.The program will also provide exposure to CRM systems, sales documentation, customer follow-up, vehicle inventory, financing processes, and customer satisfaction activities.Upon successful completion of the 3-month program, potential employment may be considered based on individual performance, demonstrated capabilities, business requirements, and available opportunities.Key Responsibilities

• Learn and follow the established vehicle sales process and customer journey.
• Welcome customers and provide a professional showroom experience.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in recommending suitable vehicles.
• Support vehicle presentations and demonstrations under the guidance of senior Sales team members.
• Develop knowledge of vehicle specifications, features, benefits, and competitive models.
• Follow up with customers through phone calls, CRM, and other approved communication channels.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
• Support customer follow-up activities to improve customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.
• Assist customers with sales documentation and required paperwork.
• Support the sales team with finance application processes and related documentation.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle availability, movement, and preparation when required.
• Support the team in maintaining accurate vehicle inventory information.
• Assist in identifying potential customers through referrals, existing customer databases, and other approved sources.
• Support the preparation of basic sales reports and customer data analysis.
• Escalate customer issues and exceptional requests to the appropriate Sales team member or manager.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Participate in sales training, coaching, assessments, and development activities.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, CRM, Aftersales, and other relevant teams to support a seamless customer experience.Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a relevant field.
• Graduates of 2025 or 2026 only.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience:
• Fresh graduates from the 2025 or 2026 graduating classes.
• Previous sales, customer service, retail, or automotive experience is an advantage but not mandatory.Job-Specific Skills:
