This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and project sales objectives.Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and conversion rates.Drive off-plan property sales and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies, brokers, and key industry partners.Conduct regular meetings with agencies and brokers to promote projects and generate sales opportunities.Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's broker network across the UAE.Monitor sales performance, pipeline activity, conversion rates, and individual team targets.Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for senior management.Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales activities with marketing campaigns, project launches, and promotional initiatives.Coordinate with internal departments, including Collections, Legal, and Marketing, to ensure a smooth customer journey.Monitor competitor projects, market trends, pricing strategies, and buyer preferences.Ensure compliance with company sales policies, approved pricing, payment plans, and applicable UAE real estate regulations.Support the team in negotiations, client relationship management, and closing high-value transactions.RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Manager with a real estate developer in the UAE is mandatory.Strong background in off-plan property sales and residential development projects.Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.Existing network of UAE real estate agencies and brokers.Previous experience managing, coaching, and developing a sales team.Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, buyer behavior, and competitor landscape.Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to analyze sales performance, manage pipelines, and prepare accurate forecasts.Strong leadership, accountability, and commercial decision-making skills.Excellent English communication skills.Knowledge of UAE real estate regulations and sales processes.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a commercially driven sales leader who understands the developer's side of the business and knows how to turn market opportunities into measurable sales results.The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, and confident managing both direct sales activities and broker relationships.
