The Sales Specialist will engage with clients, present product offerings, and build long-term relationships to drive sales of gifts, souvenirs, and trophies. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating pricing and contract terms in line with company guidelines. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries and orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Specialist may also support sales training initiatives, contribute to sales reporting, and assist in developing strategies to expand the customer base.
