Location: Riyadh EducationBachelor’s degree in (Any Business Related Major) ExperiencePrevious work in the insurance field+3 Years in Sales SkillsCommunication skillsSales SkillsTime ManagementPresentations SkillResponsibilitiesMaking customer calls as directed by the department manager.Obtaining customer information and account manager details from the department manager.Evaluating customer satisfaction with company services by contacting them.Assisting visitors in finding the closest employee who can assist them and receiving phone calls and emails from customers and providing technical support and advice regarding available insurance services.Referring potential customers to the department management.Monitoring financial and insurance transactions and ensuring their smooth progress by communicating with other colleagues in the company.Solving customer problems and inquiries quickly and effectively, using appropriate tools and technologies.Providing advice and consultations to customers on how to effectively use insurance and other financial services.Contributing to data collection and analysis and preparing periodic reports for the department.Ensuring continuity of work between the sales department and technical departments as required by management, promptly and efficiently following up on documents and providing them to the relevant department, and alerting sales employees in case of any note or problem.
