SAP ABAP Consultant

Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Proficiency:Core ABAP: Mastery of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPS), ALV reporting, Dialog Programming (Module Pools), and Data Dictionary.RICEFW: Proven experience in developing the full spectrum of RICEFW objects.Interfaces: Strong experience with RFC, BAPI, IDoc, and ALE configuration and programming.Enhancements: Expert knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BAdIs, and Enhancement Framework.Forms: Solid experience with at least two of the following: SAPscript, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms.S/4HANA Readiness: Hands-on development experience with CDS Views, AMDP, and OData Services is mandatory.Performance: Strong understanding of ABAP performance analysis and tuning tools (e.g., SAT, ST12).Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
