SAP Finance & Procurement Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance & Procurement Lead with strong expertise in Public Cloud ERP implementations to support global OneSAP transformation programme in Oman.The ideal consultant will bring a combination of Finance and Procurement, will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring that Finance and Procurement processes are aligned with cloud best practices and business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Finance and Procurement workstreams within a Public Cloud ERP transformation programme.Drive business process design and standardization aligned to cloud best practices.Conduct stakeholder workshops and gather business requirements.Advise on Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.Support solution design, testing, deployment, and change management activities.Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure successful delivery.Guide business stakeholders on cloud adoption and process transformation.Ensure alignment between business requirements and standard cloud functionality.Manage project risks, dependencies, and deliverables.Mandatory RequirementsProven experience leading Finance and Procurement workstreams in ERP transformation programmes.Strong experience with Public Cloud ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, or similar).Deep understanding of Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and P2P processes.Experience conducting workshops with senior business stakeholders.Strong process transformation and business consulting background.Experience working in complex enterprise environments.Fluent English.Available for 2 days on-site work in Oman.If you'd like to learn more, please send me your most recent CV at jurdaneta@redglobal.com and let me know a suitable time for a quick discussion.
