SAP HCM Consultant (4–5 Month Contract)

We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to support a 4–5-month implementation project for a client in Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience implementing SAP HCM solutions for Saudi government entities, particularly in payroll, end-of-service benefits, actuarial calculations, and HR system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM modules in accordance with Saudi government HR requirements.Configure and maintain SAP Payroll, including Saudi-specific payroll regulations and calculations.Implement and support End-of-Service Benefits (EOSB) calculations and related processes.Work on actuarial calculations and integrations with relevant systems.Manage SAP HCM integrations with other enterprise systems and HR applications.Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.Troubleshoot functional and technical issues throughout the implementation lifecycle.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.Mandatory Requirements6+ years of hands-on SAP HCM experience.Previous SAP HCM implementation experience with Saudi government entities.Strong expertise in Saudi Payroll, EOSB, actuarial calculations, and SAP HCM integrations.Good understanding of Saudi government HR processes and regulations.Experience with at least 2–3 relevant SAP HCM implementations.Fluent Arabic speaker.Currently based in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Saudi Iqama.Available to work onsite at the client's premises.How to ApplyIf you meet the above requirements, please apply with your updated CV.
