SAP Program Manager – S/4HANA Implementation

PurposeWe are looking for an accomplished SAP S/4HANA Transformation Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale, business-critical transformation from planning through go-live.With end-to-end accountability for programme governance and delivery, you will bring together SAP implementation, business transformation, data migration, testing, cutover and related technology initiatives under one clear direction.You will bring proven experience of leading an SAP S/4HANA programme through its full lifecycle, together with the credibility to work effectively across Business, IT, senior management and external partners.Beyond programme management, you will understand the objectives and priorities of each workstream, provide informed input on key SAP design decisions, manage complex dependencies and connect technology choices to measurable business outcomes.As the central point of alignment across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups, you will create a shared focus among Business, IT, vendors and senior management. The role reports to the PMO Manager within Project Governance & Delivery.What You Will Be DoingAssume overall leadership and accountability for the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Programme, reporting to the PMO Head.Design and operate the programme governance framework.Own the overall roadmap, key milestones and Integrated Master Plan.Monitor and manage risks, issues, escalations, dependencies and the critical path.Coordinate all business, technology and vendor workstreams.Provide clear and timely reporting to senior management, Programme Boards and Steering Committees.Ensure programme readiness across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live.Provide informed direction and constructive challenge to implementation partners and vendors.Scope of Responsibility The SAP S/4HANA Transformation Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end oversight across the following pillars:SAP Core TransformationFI/COFPSLMM / ProcurementProject Systems (PS)Plant Maintenance (PM)Group ReportingAdditional SAP S/4HANA StreamsIT Transformation & Integration StreamsCore Business PlatformsTreasury & Payments SystemsEnterprise Data & Reporting PlatformsEnterprise Services & Third Party IntegrationsData Migration & Legacy SystemsBusiness Transformation StreamsTarget Operating ModelProcess TransformationPolicies & ControlsChange ManagementTraining & CommunicationsBusiness ReadinessProgramme-Wide StreamsTestingData & MigrationCutover & Go-Live ReadinessHypercareProgramme Governance, Controls & Value DeliveryScope & Change ControlBudget & Cost MonitoringRisk, Issue & Dependency ManagementDecision Management & Executive EscalationsQuality Gates & Delivery AssuranceBenefits Tracking & Business Value RealisationBAU Transition & Post Go-Live StabilisationWhat You Need To HaveAt least 12 years of experience in programme and transformation management.Proven experience in delivering complex SAP transformation programmes.Led at least one complete SAP S/4HANA implementation from initiation through go-live.Strong knowledge of SAP governance, migration, testing, cutover and programme delivery.Experience managing major system integrators and external partners.Confidence and credibility when presenting to Executive Committees and Steering Committees.Experience in banking, insurance or another highly regulated environment will be considered a significant advantage.
