Responsibilities
Lead weekly child find team meetings reviewing new student screening information.Conduct all screenings and case studies for students transitioning from early intervention using Linder’s Play-Based Assessment.Participate in MTSS and address new open domains for students referred through screening into classrooms.Complete approximately 10–15 full case studies and screen 40–50 students during the assignment.Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student transitions and success.Maintain accurate records and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.Illinois State Certification as a School Psychologist with a Professional Educator License (PEL).Experience with Play-Based Assessment and working with young children.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
