We're partnering with an established Microsoft Solutions Partner looking for an experienced D365 Finance & SCM Functional Consultant to help build, lead and scale its Finance & Supply Chain practice.This is more than a traditional consulting role. You'll combine hands-on functional delivery with strategic leadership, taking ownership of delivery excellence, team development and practice growth.
Location: Sydney or MelbourneSalary: Competitive PackageWorking Arrangement: Hybrid | 3–4 Days in OfficeKey Responsibilities Lead end-to-end functional delivery across D365 Finance & SCM implementations.Own solution design, functional specifications, configuration, testing, training and go-live support.Act as a trusted advisor across Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting) and SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Order Management).Ensure delivery quality, scope control and stakeholder satisfaction.Establish and standardise delivery methodologies, templates and best practices.Support presales activities, solution design, estimations and RFP responses.Lead, mentor and manage consultants, including offshore delivery teams.Take ownership of practice outcomes, including delivery quality, billable utilisation and customer success.What We're Looking For10+ years of ERP functional consulting experience, with strong D365 Finance & SCM expertise.Proven experience leading end-to-end implementations.Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.Experience managing offshore delivery teams.Ability to balance hands-on consulting with practice leadership.Microsoft Partner experience preferred.MB-310 and MB-330 certifications highly regarded; MB-700 desirable.An exciting opportunity for a senior D365 professional ready to take the next step into practice leadership.Apply Now!
