Scrum Master

Findmore Consulting S.A. is a company specialized in Information Technologies founded in 2006 and with more than 400 consultants.Our services include infrastructure and cloud, software development and agility where contribute to major projects in Portugal and Europe.We're looking for talented, purpose-driven people to join our teams!Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Coach Agile teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices and continuous improvement.Ensure that Scrum and other relevant methodologies and processes are understood and applied effectively.Organise and facilitate Scrum meetings and workshops, ensuring they are productive, collaborative and timeboxed.Focus on team members' needs and enable them to maximise value delivery to customers and stakeholders, in line with the Definition of Done and the project's values and principles.Foster collaboration and effective communication within Agile teams, promoting an open and positive working environment.Guide teams in developing metrics and estimates, and periodically evaluate processes to improve predictability and reduce risks.Promote transparency by identifying and raising project and team risks when appropriate.Support the organisation and execution of projects while encouraging continuous improvement.

Requirements

Up to 5 years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in the IT sector.Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Curious, positive mindset and willingness to learn.Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.Nice to Have:Experience working as a Scrum Master with Mendix.Other Requirements:Fluent in EnglishAbility to simplify complex problems and obtain a workable solution;Customer focus and service delivery;Availability to work in EU.SEND YOUR APPLICATION TO: fabio.valentim@findmore.eu;More information on our website: https://www.findmore.pt/careers/#jobs
