The candidate will manage and optimize campaigns to generate quality calls and flight booking leads while maintaining cost efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage Google Ads campaigns for flight booking and call generation.Conduct keyword research and optimize ads, bids, and budgets.Monitor campaign performance, conversions, CPC, and cost per lead.Optimize campaigns to improve call quality, conversions, and ROI.Analyze reports and implement data-driven improvements.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Google Ads/PPC.Experience with call campaigns and lead generation preferred.Knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work full-time on-site in Punjab, India.
