Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bangalore | Work from OfficeExperience: 2–4 Years | Full-TimeNote: It’s a face-to-face interview Process; we don’t conduct virtual Interview About the RoleWe’re looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist / SEO Executive who can go beyond rankings and drive qualified B2B traffic → leads → pipeline → business growth.You’ll work across Technical SEO, Content SEO, B2B Keyword Strategy, Link Building, International SEO, and AI Search/AEO/GEO to strengthen our organic presence across Google and emerging AI-powered search platforms.What You'll Own· Build and execute B2B SEO strategies aligned with lead-generation goals.· Research high-intent keywords, search intent, competitors, and buyer journeys.· Drive Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, site architecture, internal linking & Core Web Vitals.· Build content strategies around products, services, industries, use cases, and buyer pain points.· Develop topic clusters, landing pages, blogs and pillar content.· Improve visibility across Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity & Gemini through AEO/GEO strategies.· Build quality backlinks through digital PR, partnerships, guest content, and thought leadership.· Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.· Connect SEO performance with MQLs, SQLs, conversions, and sales pipeline.What We're Looking For· 2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in B2B/SaaS/IT/Business Services.· Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Content & Off-Page SEO.· Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent.· Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools.· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Schema Markup and website architecture.· Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.· Ability to independently plan → execute → measure → optimise SEO campaigns.Added AdvantageExperience with AI Search, AEO/GEO, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, WordPress/Webflow, entity optimisation, and AI-assisted SEO workflows.Success Looks LikeQualified Organic Traffic → High-Intent Keywords → MQLs → SQLs → Pipeline → RevenueWe're not looking for someone who only wants to increase website traffic.
