Description de l'annoncePartner Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a renowned British multinational company.Senior AccountantMain Duties:· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.· Handle the daily finance work, month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries, to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.· Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and all relevant regulatory requirements.· Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management for informed decision-making.· Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and other financial data to maintain consistency and accuracy across financial records.· Assist with internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and addressing any auditor inquiries.· Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing detailed financial data and analysis to inform strategic planning.· Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.

Key Requirements

· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 4-6+ years of relevant accounting experience.· In-depth knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.· Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience across all areas of accounting, including general accounting, accounts payable and receivable, tax accounting, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.· Very good English· Extensive experience in preparing financial statements, performing account reconciliations, and managing month-end close processes.· Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records.· Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to stakeholders.· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
