Senior AI/ML Engineer

Seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI projects. You’ll build scalable solutions across GenAI, CV, NLP, and automation, working with product and engineering teams to solve real business problems.Experience5–6 years in AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.Key Responsibilities- Build AI/ML solutions for real-world use cases- Develop assistants, semantic search, and document intelligence- Create NLP interfaces and recommendation systems- Build CV models for detection, classification, and inspection- Optimize and deploy models in production- Develop APIs and scalable backend services- Collaborate across teams and mentor juniorsRequired Skills- Strong Python skills- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn- Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs- Experience with LangChain or similar- CV tools (YOLO, OpenCV, Detectron2)- SQL/NoSQL and API development (FastAPI)- Docker, Git, CI/CD, cloud platforms- Understanding of MLOps and deploymentPreferred Background- Degree in CS, AI, or related field- Industry experience (manufacturing, retail, etc.)- Leadership or mentoring experienceAreas of WorkGenAI, NLP, CV, recommendation systems, automation, industrial AI, and analytics.CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience and fit.
